Honebami is silent and reserved. His stoic demeanour on his face makes him hard to read, and he lost most of his memories. He cares deeply for his brothers. He is never seen without Namazuo Toushirou.

Honebami was forged by Awataguchi Yoshimitsu in the year 1259.
